BUS BOARD

The “Football is Life” bus board is meant to be a visual representation of the passion that sports fans feel for football. The design suggests that baseball (top), and basketball (middle), can’t give us “life.” The idea here is is to lean into the unique feeling and fan experience that football provides. By pressing on this divide with this visual pun, the UFL can position itself as the sport that makes you feel alive most in the spring.

BILLBOARD

The “Football is Back” billboard is a visual representation of football’s dominance in viewership and fan engagement among professional sports. Although the UFL is not an extension of the NFL, it should still lean into popularity of the sport, and allude to the NFL’s success when it can. Positioning itself as an extension of this popularity and excitement is a great way to harness the momentum created by the NFL, and carry it on into the spring.
